Worship

One of St. Philip's four core values is Inspiration. This is primarily reflected in our many worship opportunities.

A ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Texas, St. Philip's Church offers sacramental spirit-filled worship combined with relevant Bible teachings, contemporary music, and a laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere. Holy Communion and prayer ministry are both offered weekly at our Sunday morning service. Come as you are, bring the kids, and join the St. Philip's family for these times of refreshment, joy, and encouragement!

'Keeping our Eyes on God' is the second CD produced by St. Philip the Joy-Giver.

About Our Worship Ministry

St. Philip has produced two collections of worship music. The first, "The Joy Suites" was recorded in Spring 2000 to celebrate the launch of the church, which held its grand opening celebration at St. Andrew's Episcopal Upper School.

After the church moved to Jackie's Performing Arts Academy in South Austin in Fall 2002, members of the church began working on a new CD, "Keeping Our Eyes on God."

Our worship joyfully exalts God's name. We renew our fellowship with God through prayer and in the sacraments. We honor our Creator through artistic expression.
